Crisis Response Management Planning Checklist

This is a checklist that you can use to score your school's, or business', crisis preparedness plan. This checklist can be printed out for easier use.

Please assess your current readiness status using the following rating scale:

You have:
A team in place and plan ready to go--  1 point;
Some planning done, but not ready to go--  2 points;
Nothing planned yet or developed--  3 points.

______      Decided who will be in charge during a crisis?

______      Selected your Crisis Response Team?

______      Developed appropriate policies and procedures for handling crisis situations?
